Taylor happened upon yoga while looking for a compliment to her marathon training and fell in love with the stretching and relaxation elements of the practice. She claims that restorative and cozy campfire yoga won her over. Taylor completed her aerial training with Common Ground Yoga in 2019 and graduated from our 200 YTT program Summer 2020. She is also a HIIT and cycling instructor, Weight Watchers coach, and certified vegan lifestyle coach all while being a loving dog mom. Taylor’s main goal is for people to leave every class learning something - about themselves, their bodies, or yoga in general. She is trying to bring more confidence, compassion, and understanding to the world one yoga practice at a time.
