Serving the Metrowest area, our inclusive studio offers group yoga classes, private instruction, workshops, yoga teacher training, and energy healing in the heart of Framingham, MA. We specialize in a variety of non-heated yoga classes from Flow to Restorative Yin and is home to the area's premiere Aerial yoga program. We welcome students of all experience levels and background in our invited studio.

Our weekly classes are just the beginning of what the studio has to offer. Workshops are a great way to try something new or to explore an aspect of the practice in more depth. From sound baths to trigger point release, there is something for everyone. In addition to our own amazing staff, we’v also hosted some of yoga’s most renowned teachers and leaders. Past guests have included Mark Whitwell, SarahJoy Marsh and Larissa Carlson Hall, Jacqui Bonwell and many more.

Our aerial yoga program often peaks many people’s curiosity, making it really fun to try with friends, family or co-workers. We offer private group classes and parties for those looking for something different for their next ladies night out, corporate team-building outing, bachelorette or birthday party for both adults and kids!

Not all yoga is practiced on the mat. Common Ground Yoga is home to Metrowest's premiere aerial yoga program.  Get ready to fly, invert, stretch, strengthen, relax, and have an incredible savasana suspended in a silk hammock!
