Learn yoga breathing techniques for both up-regulating and down-regulating your nervous system to bring balance into your body and mind. The workshop will include some lecture and technique instruction as well as a complete 2 hour practice of chanting, pranayama, asana, and meditation. Come deepen your knowledge and steep your body and mind in the heart of yoga.
This session joins the current CGY YTT class and is eligible for continued education hours with Yoga Alliance. Only 10 spots available to the public. Prerequisite is the ability to perform ujjayi pranayama on both exhale and inhale.
