Ready to learn more about the energetic centers of the body known as the chakras? In this half day workshop, instructor Carrie Ganz will take students through an educational, hands-on and immersive journey through seven of the chakras.
As the chakras are focal points for meditation, learning more about the energy system can teach you a different way to approach your yoga poses and to think about the way yoga can benefit you in your everyday life.
Participants will gain an understanding of the chakra system as a whole, through integrated learning of yoga postures, body mapping, journaling and meditation.
All levels of practice welcomed!
