- learn tips for building strength in your grip, arms, and core
- fine tune transitions and flips
- begin learning steps of select advanced poses
- rest and rejuvenate with a restorative practice and extended savasana
This workshop is recommended for any aerial student who has taken at least 5 aerial classes (either Beginner or All Levels) and who is interested in advancing their practice by refining transitions between poses and by learning new strength-based skills required for more complex poses.
