Michele has practiced yoga on and off for close to 15 years. After being a stay at home mom for the past seven years she was finally able to find the right moment in her life to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in May 2017, Michele is also working towards a 50-hour certification through the Experiential Anatomy yoga training with Judith Lasater. Her love of yoga reaches beyond just the benefits the practice brings physically. With an emphasis on alignment, mindfulness and connecting to your inner self, Michele brings a peaceful and grounded experience to her classes. She combines vinyasa flows, breath work and purposeful hands-on assists to help students deepen their practice and learn what yoga can offer them.
