As an instructor, Lauren invites students to tune into their bodies’ and explore asana as a means to move deeper into the yoga practice. Through graceful and deliberate movement paired with breath, students are asked to build steady focus on present moment sensations and observation of body, breath and mind. Its in this exploration of yoga we can connect more intimately to who we are and experience life more fully.
