Anna began practicing yoga as a means of managing her chronic migrates; she immediately fell in love with the practice. Yoga was not only able to help her pain, but touched many aspects of her life as well. Wanting to deepen her own practice, Anna began studying under Andrew Tanner & Laura Ahrens to complete her certification. In teaching Anna found a passion in sharing yoga with others. Her classes focus on helping students build strength while having fun and forgetting the daily stressors of life!
