Kimberly’s life and work have always centered around supporting and encouraging others. She is a local advocate for children in at-risk populations, a foster/adoptive parent and was a creative arts and preschool teacher for over 20 years. Her style is warm, welcoming and engaging and she places high value on creating an inclusive and empowering space for work and practice to unfold.
She trained with Andrew Tanner, Elements3 Yoga and is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), with extensive background in the fields of education, theater and the Arts.
Using the tools of yoga and mindfulness, she guides students to uncover increased power and possibility on the yoga mat and in everyday life. In her classes, Kimberly will encourage you to move deliberately and with integrity, to stay engaged in the experience of the movement, to find a level of challenge from which to grow, and to be kind to yourself…always. At Common Ground Yoga, she is also available to work privately with clients.
Kimberly is incredibly grateful to the many teachers and experiences that continue to help her grow, heal, seek, listen, learn rise and love.
