Walk-ins welcome, but we highly encourage you to PRE-REGISTER for the sessions you’d like to attend. If you know closer to the open house there are sessions you no longer can attend, please cancel to allow space for others to sign up. Please arrive at 10 minutes before the sessions start or you risk giving your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Info for clients new to Common Ground Yoga:
Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes BEFORE the class starts to avoid your spot going to someone on a waitlist.
We share a parking lot with iHop; if the lot is full on Sunday, we recommend parking in the neighboring bank on Edgell Rd and walking over.
The studios are on the 2nd floor of 1 Edgell Rd (upstairs from Volturno Pizza and Tokyo Nails). The entrance to the building is to the right of Tokyo Nails.
The 2nd floor is accessible by stairs and by elevator inside the building
Studio 1 and our lobby is across from Acupuncture Connections; Studio 2 is across the hall from Century 21. There will be people there to help you find the class you registered for.
Please remove shoes and leave in cubbies before entering the yoga studio. Additional cubbies are available for personal items within each space.
Turn your phones to OFF or SILENT MODE (no buzzing) during class.
