Located in the heart of Framingham, MA, our inclusive studio offers a variety of weekly group yoga classes both in-studio and online, private instruction, workshops and yoga teacher trainings. We specialize in a variety of non-heated yoga classes from Flow to Restorative Yin and is home to the area's premiere Aerial yoga program. We welcome students of all experience levels and background in our invited studio.
